Users are solely responsible for providing the correct receiver account details (bKash/Nagad/UPI/Paytm). Jalsa Exchange will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account provided by the user.

4. Payment Verification

All orders are subject to manual verification. Users must upload a clear screenshot of the payment proof. Providing fake Transaction IDs or edited screenshots will lead to a permanent account ban without notice.

5. Processing Time

While we aim to complete transactions within 5–15 minutes, sometimes it may take longer due to network issues or bank holidays. We appreciate your patience during such times.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Jalsa Exchange for:
